Woven labels can be made from many different materials. We offer raw cotton, denim, bamboo, damask, semi-damask, taffeta, satin and high definition. We also offer several different embellishments on our specialty woven labels, including studded rhinestones, tubular shapes, and embossing.

We produce our Woven Labels on state-of-the-art air-jet looms using high-tech computer and camera equipment to fabricate the finest labels in the industry.

Woven labels have certain advantages over printed labels. Woven labels are durable and longer lasting because there is no ink to wear off. The woven thread keeps the pattern in shape and readable longer than printed labels. While printed paper labels may be inexpensive many consumers know that paper labels will wear out after just a few washings. Customers who purchase high-quality clothing expect their labels to last a long time and woven labels meet that expectation. Even if the washing didn't wear out the clothing labels, other factors like skin oil and regular wear and tear can destroy the printed label as well.

Printed labels and woven labels usually have a lead time of two weeks or less. Typically seven working days from the approval of art. If you don't need specialty embellishments, then our printed labels are a quality, inexpensive alternative.
